Associate Director, Compliance

We are thrilled to present this exceptional role for an Associate Director to join our client’s modern and independent compliance and financial crime risk consultancy business. This is a senior-level position for an experienced and driven professional who will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director in further developing the compliance side of the business. Key deliverables include overseeing the compliance framework whilst ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and fostering a culture of integrity and ethical practice. In addition, the successful candidate will hold the named roles of MLRO, MLCO and CO for various licensees. The role holder will have relevant professional qualifications from a recognised body (ie: ICA), and extensive experience in compliance, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
