We’re looking for an experienced Associate to join a leading Jersey litigation team, working on a diverse range of contentious matters including trusts, companies, fraud, insolvency and cross-border disputes. You’ll support partners and take responsibility for cases, advising clients, conducting legal research, drafting documents and preparing matters for court. The role offers the opportunity to work with a broad range of international clients and collaborate across multiple jurisdictions. Ideally, you’ll have 2–6 years’ PQE, a UK/Commonwealth qualification and relevant litigation experience. Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills, alongside a proactive and client-focused approach, are essential.
