Client Director – Trust and Fiduciary Services

Do you have at least 10 years of experience in trust and fiduciary services? Our client is seeking a Client Director to lead their trust administration department. The main responsibilities include ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients while maintaining compliance with internal policies, playing a pivotal role in co-creating the business strategy and spearheading the transformation of the customer experience. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and proven success in leading teams and delivering operational excellence.
