Community Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Band 8A)

Are you a Registered Nurse looking for a breath of fresh air? An opening has arisen for a Community Advanced Nurse Practitioner on the beautiful island of Guernsey in the Channel Islands. In this role, you will work within the Community Rapid Response Service which aims to prevent avoidable emergency admissions to hospitals or care homes. You will provide assessment, care and treatment to safely maintain service users in their own home during a period of crisis which can be resolved with additional short-term support. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant community experience, a degree in a related field and a non-medical prescribing qualification.
