Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a dedicated Deputy Ward Manager to support the leadership and delivery of high-quality care within a busy adult acute inpatient unit. The role involves supervising and mentoring staff, ensuring safe and effective clinical practice, and maintaining the highest standards of patient-centred care. You’ll work closely with the Ward Manager and contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a registered RMN with experience in acute mental health settings with strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
