Are you seeking a breath of fresh air? An opening has arisen for an experienced Deputy Ward Manager on the beautiful island of Guernsey, Channel Islands. Duties will include monitoring performance of nursing staff, achieving set key performance indicators for the ward/unit and deputising for the Ward Manager at meetings/forums. Applicants must be a registered Nurse and have evidence of CPD at Diploma level. This role includes a full relocation package, which includes interview and relocation travel, competitive pay and an annual bonus. There is also subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the island alone and an 8-year employment permit for those relocating with a partner and/or family member(s).
