Our client is looking for a new addition to their Client Relationships team, to oversee service delivery for local clients across the Channel Islands and manage their pan-Channel Islands team of Customer Service Executives. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities to cross/up-sell products and services, acting as a point of escalation for complex issues, and providing direct support to the Business Unit Head. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a front-office client support role, with at least 5 years’ experience, excellent team management skills, and a high degree of risk awareness and compliance orientation.
