As Professional Services Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting/implementing solutions based around communication, collaboration and networking systems, predominantly Mitel and Session Boarder Controllers. Duties will include engaging in technology decision-making discussions, providing subject matter expertise on technical solutions and ensuring services are delivered to agreed budget. Applicants must have 3 to 7 years’ experience in a similar role and have a sound understanding of telecommunications and application delivery methodologies.
