Our client, a well-established financial services organisation, is seeking a professional Receptionist / Personal Assistant to provide exceptional front-of-house service and high-level administrative support. The successful candidate will manage reception duties, coordinate meetings, and ensure a welcoming experience for all visitors, while also supporting the Executive Committee and HR team with diary management, meeting preparation, and reporting. This role requires strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in administration or customer service is essential, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and fast-paced environment.
