An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Paediatric Staff Nurse to join a dedicated team in Guernsey on a 9-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting a progressive approach to the continual improvement of patient care, utilizing research and evidence-based practices. You will also be expected to provide clinical leadership to a designated nursing team and ensure the delivery of optimal nursing care to both children and their families. The ideal candidate will be a registered Children’s Nurse (or RN Child), with an up-to-date EPALS qualification and relevant paediatric nursing experience. The role offers a relocation package, competitive salary, annual bonus, and a 9-month short term employment permit.
