We are seeking a dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our client’s Children in Care and Care Leavers Team. In this role, you will ensure that children in care receive essential social work services meeting their holistic needs. You will manage care plans, assess risks, prepare reports, and collaborate with families, carers, and professionals. The ideal applicant will hold a social work qualification (CQSW, Dip SW, Social Work Degree or equivalent, registered with the GSSC), at least three years' relevant experience, and a strong understanding of The Children’s Law 2008.
