A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Theatre Practitioner on the beautiful Channel Island of Guernsey, providing clinical and technical support to the operating theatre team. The main duties include assessing the surgical resources needed for patients, supervising staff members, and contributing to the recruitment and retention of team members. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience, a degree-level qualification (RGN or RODP), completed core competencies at Band 5 level, and evidence of CPD. This role includes a full relocation package, which includes interview and relocation travel, competitive pay and an annual bonus. There is also subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the island alone and an 8-year employment permit for those relocating with a partner and/or family member(s).
