We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Trade Mark Manager to join a respected financial regulator at the heart of Jersey’s finance centre. This is a key role supporting the development of Jersey’s Intellectual Property regime, with a focus on managing the Trade Mark, Patent, and Design Registers. You’ll play a crucial role in leading the transition of these registers into the organisation, defining processes, reviewing applications, and providing expert guidance on legislation and case law. This position is ideal for an individual with experience in the Intellectual Property regime, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset. People management and system implementation experience are also preferred.
