Service Desk Analyst

We’re working with a growing organisation to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to support their busy internal IT support function. You’ll provide Level 1 support across Microsoft-based environments, troubleshooting end users, office and meeting room issues while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-driven team player who can manage their own workload, spot and escalate service desk trends, and work closely with an external managed service partner. Confidence engaging with staff and stakeholders at all levels is essential. Our client is open to candidates from similar service-focused roles with strong transferable skills and a genuine passion for IT, who can demonstrate commitment and bring long-term continuity to the team.
