Staff Nurse – Older Adult Mental Health (Band 5)

We are seeking a caring and empathetic Staff Nurse to join the In-Patient Mental Health Services in Guernsey. In this role, you will provide person-centred care for individuals living with dementia. assisting service users with all activities of daily living in a dignified and compassionate manner. Assisting service users with all activities of daily living is a core component of this role and must be done in a dignified and compassionate manner at all times. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans. Applicants must a registered Nurse and have experience or be willing to work towards the role of mentor, student nurse assessor or supervisor. This role includes a full relocation package, which includes interview and relocation travel, competitive pay and an annual bonus. There is also subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the island alone and an 8-year employment permit for those relocating with a partner and/or family member(s).
