Staff Nurse (Social Care)

Are you a registered Nurse seeking a breath of fresh air?  An opening has arisen on the beautiful island of Guernsey, Channel Islands. In this role you will assist the Senior Team Leaders in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care for service users living at home within a defined caseload. The successful candidate must be punctual, reliable and able to deal with complex and challenging situations in a calm and diplomatic manner.
