Our client is seeking a Temporary Customer Provisioning Agent to support their dynamic Customer Experience team on a 6-month contact. This role focuses on processing and managing consumer and wholesale service orders across fixed line, broadband and mobile services. The successful candidate will liaise with internal teams, wholesale customers, and third parties to ensure accurate order handling. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach are essential.
