We are seeking a professional and approachable Receptionist/Administration Support to join a busy mental health service team. In this varied role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handle incoming calls and correspondence, and support clinical and administrative staff with appointment scheduling, document preparation, and day-to-day clerical duties. Excellent typing, communication, and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and compassionate in a sensitive environment. Experience with Microsoft Office and familiarity with medical terminology and systems like Trakcare and FACE would be an advantage.
