3 Signs you’re ready for a new job

You may have considered leaving your current role a few times but never been able to pull the trigger. If these signs relate to you then it’s time to dust off your CV and find something new.

• Your CV has cobwebs - If you had to update your CV tomorrow, could you add new skills and experiences you have gained in the last year? If not, this is a sign you have stalled in your current role and it may be time to progress.

• You’re bored - Are you being challenged, are all of your skills being put to use? Maybe you’ve been in the same role for too long.

• You’re moaning - You might find yourself talking negatively about your job for a prolonged period of time, if this feeling persists and you can’t shake it, this is a sign you’re not where you want to be.
