Working as a Customer Service and Operations Analyst, you will assist the team in delivering customer and business outcomes through investigating queries, supporting business processes, policies and procedures and understanding both business and customer needs.

A leading provider of private client, corporate and retirement planning solutions is seeking an organised and numerate Administrator to assist in the day to day administration of local and international employer sponsored (occupational) pension schemes.

The successful candidate will deal with all relevant administrative tasks, including responding to and actioning queries from clients, members and intermediaries, creating client and member online access on relevant systems and supporting clients and members with access to and use of the systems.

A minimum of 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above and 1-2-years’ experience in a financial services role is required for this role, together with great communication and interpersonal skills.

Our client, a regulated fund investment management business headquartered in Guernsey and with a global client footprint is seeking a competent Administrator to support the Management, Investments and Fund Operations teams.

Duties of this role will include preparing and circulating meetings documentation, drafting of minutes and correspondence and assisting with client onboarding.

This role would suit a candidate with 2-3 years’ financial services experience, ideally in corporate secretarial and/or bookkeeping and with an interest in investments.
