Within this role you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate administration of managed entities and their respective funds under management which can be closed/open ended, regulated or unregulated fund structures as investment companies, limited partnerships and unit trusts.  

In particular you will undertake all aspects of company secretarial duties for a range of clients within the team, including liaising with intermediaries e.g. lawyers/accountants/Investment advisors, prepare for client/board meetings, be involved prepare the submission of corporate documentation / financial statements, quarterly management accounts as well as supporting the transaction management function.
