Our client, a global bank with a presence in 75 countries is seeking a Company Secretary to undertake a wide variety of Company Secretarial services to varying fund entities, including regulated, listed and private equity clients.

The successful candidate will assist with the Company Secretarial functions, review changes in legislation and Corporate Governance and assist with procedural changes and team projects.

We’re seeking a candidate who holds an ICSA qualification, or is studying towards one, with good knowledge of the offshore fund industry, particularly with regards to regulatory requirements.   Exposure to risk/compliance within fund administration and knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable to the management and administration of a fund operation would be beneficial.

This role promises good progression opportunities once appropriate experience and qualifications have been achieved.
