Adult Disability, Team Leader (Band 5)

Join our client’s Supported Living Team as an Adult Disability, Team Leader and make a difference to adults with learning disabilities in Guernsey. As a Team Leader, you’ll ensure the correct support is provided offering dignity and respect in every aspect of care. Working closely with the Supported Living Team Manager, you'll assist with care planning, maintaining records and supporting staff mentorship. This role includes a full relocation package, which includes relocation travel. There is also subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the island alone, and an 8-year employment permit for those relocating with a partner and/or family member(s). If you are a registered Health or Social Care Professional and VQ assessor, with excellent communication skills, and a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities, we’d love to hear from you!
