A fantastic opportunity to join the Adult Community Services team and provide research-based casework service to service users. You will provide consultation, support, specialist advice and joint working within the integrated services to deliver person centred care and support. Other responsibilities for this role include providing complex psychological support for service users with terminal illness/life threatening illnesses and their families, providing specialist social work advice within the Adult Community Care Team and participating in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings. The ideal candidate will need to be registered with Social Work England and have evidence of post- graduate study in a relevant area.
