We’re looking for a Jersey-qualified lawyer with 5–10 years’ PQE to take on a Head of Wills & Probate role within an established legal practice. You’ll manage a varied caseload covering complex wills, estate planning, probate and lasting powers of attorney, while supervising a team of lawyers and legal assistants. Building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality Jersey law advice will be central to the role. You’ll also play a key part in the department’s strategic direction, business development and continued growth. This is an opportunity to take on a senior leadership position within a collaborative, forward-thinking firm.
