Are you ready to take the next step in your career journey? We are looking for an Assistant Director to deliver high quality prudential, financial crime and conduct regulation within the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Key responsibilities include coaching team members to bring out leadership qualities, effectively chairing meetings, performing staff appraisals and preparing press releases. The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a risk related role, excellent numerical/analytical skills and experience compiling management information.
