We’re looking for an experienced Associate Director to join a Private Capital team in Jersey, supporting HNW international clients. You’ll manage complex fiduciary structures throughout their lifecycle, ensuring excellent client service and administration. The role includes client contact, regulatory requirements, risk reviews and working closely with professional advisers. You’ll also support business development and mentor more junior members of the team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years’ experience working with HNW families and complex international structures. Strong knowledge of trust and company legislation, KYC, AML and CFT is essential. STEP, ICSA, accountancy or legal qualifications would be advantageous.
