A 12-month fixed-term contract is available for a Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering strategic projects and driving improvements across a Jersey-based organisation. You will gather and document business requirements, facilitate workshops and work closely with stakeholders to support successful project delivery. The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working, while tracking the benefits of change initiatives. You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and help ensure projects deliver meaningful results. Previous business analysis experience, relevant qualifications and strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and make a real difference within Jersey’s financial services industry.
