Compliance Consultant

Our client is seeking an experienced Compliance Consultant to join a growing and highly regarded consultancy, supporting a diverse portfolio of financial and non-financial services clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive compliance professional with at least five years' Guernsey experience, an ICA qualification, and expertise in MLRO, MLCO or Compliance Officer roles. You will manage client relationships, provide practical regulatory advice, develop policies and procedures, deliver training, and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have GFSC POI and/or fiduciary experience, strong commercial awareness, and the confidence to work independently.
