Progressive role as Customer Service Representative, working with the Broking teams and wider business to provide support to internal/external customers in a manner designed to maintain high customer satisfaction and establish long term relationships. Duties will include welcoming visitors to the office, troubleshooting common issues with products/services and dealing with customer payments. The ideal candidate will have a solid academic background and hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
