Deputy Manager, Short Breaks Service (Band 6)

We are working with a valued client to source a dedicated Deputy Manager for a Short Break Service supporting children with learning disabilities. This Band 6 role involves leading clinical care, supervising staff, and driving service development. The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse or Social Worker with evidence of CPD at diploma or degree level, proven experience in learning disability care, and a strong commitment to delivering best practice. Excellent leadership, communication, and assessment skills are essential. The role includes a relocation package, competitive pay, and an annual bonus. Subsidised accommodation is available for those relocating alone, and an eight-year employment permit is offered to those moving with a partner and/or family members.
