A hands-on role for a Fibre Support Lead, on a fixed term contract basis until December 2026, where you will support the delivery of fibre installations, ensuring that resources meet demand and appointment scheduling is optimised to maintain short-lead times. Duties will include liaising with customers, categorising installations by size/complexity and completing weekly/monthly reporting. The ideal candidate will be goal focussed and a strong influencer.
