We are looking for an experienced dynamic individual to be responsible for the set-up, on-boarding and subsequent ongoing administration of Private Capital funds, ensuring that they are fully compliant with the relevant fund documentation, legal and regulatory requirements. Duties will include liaising with clients, assisting the Associate Director with drafting Service Level Agreements and reviewing fund documentation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Private Capital fund administration and will be full/part-qualified or currently studying towards a relevant professional qualification.
