We’re looking for a Registry Technical Support Lead to join a well-established organisation in Jersey on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will focus on managing technical issues, supporting system enhancements and helping improve processes across the Registry. You’ll work closely with internal teams and third-party providers, while also supporting projects, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong organisation, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, with experience in process improvement, reporting or business analysis being desirable.
