Are you an excellent problem-solver who can use good judgement, work to deadlines and deliver high quality work on time? In this senior role you will be assisting the MLRO & MLCO, whilst being part of the full life cycle of Compliance and 2nd Line of Defense Risk Management. Duties will include ensuring that the business complies with all local regulatory and legal requirements, undertaking financial crime reviews, act as a nominated officer and assist the MLRO & MLCO. You will be required to have a proven knowledge of the Guernsey Financial Services’ handbook on Countering Financial Crime and Terrorism, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and an ability to work to tight deadlines.
