Senior Manager, Compliance

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established financial services business seeking a Senior Manager, Compliance to strengthen its Jersey-based compliance function. This senior position will support key regulatory appointments, including Deputy MLCO, DMLRO and DCO responsibilities across a range of regulated entities. The successful candidate will lead financial crime, AML/CFT and compliance monitoring activities while working closely with senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Applicants should possess extensive compliance experience within financial services and a strong understanding of Jersey’s regulatory framework and JFSC requirements. A recognised compliance qualification, excellent communication skills and proven leadership capabilities are essential.
