Senior Recruitment Officer

Our client, a leading bank, and a first-class player on a global scale, is seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer to be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for the Channel Islands and provide oversight of the onboarding process ensuring all policies and internal controls are adhered to. Key responsibilities include accurately tracking vacancies, advertising roles with recruitment agencies, monitoring the market through regular networking/research and hosting regular agency briefings. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and recruitment experience in Financial Services, either from an agency or in-house recruitment background and knowledge of local employment/regulatory regimes.
