Team Leader (Adult Disability Service) (Band 5)

A superb opportunity for a registered Health/Social Care Professional such as a Nurse, Speech and Language Therapist, OT, Registered Behaviour Technician or Social Worker within the Adult Disability Service on the beautiful island of Guernsey, Channel Islands.  Candidates will provide care to support members of the local community with a learning disability and/or autism, in a variety of settings including residential homes, supported living, short break service and the outreach team.  Applicants must have a Degree in Health and Social Care plus proven experience of supporting people with a learning disability and/or autism. This role includes a full relocation package, which includes interview and relocation travel, competitive pay and an annual bonus.   There is also subsidised accommodation for those travelling to the island alone and an 8-year employment permit for those relocating with a partner and/or family member(s).
