Working as Team Secretary, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrator services. You will be responsible for replying to routine matters on behalf of staff and team manager, preparing letters, ensuring reports and correspondence are entered into recording systems and are timely available for appointments and meetings, arranging meetings/appointments and preparing agendas, acting as the front line contact for visitors and assisting in the preparation of statistical information along with various other ad-hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will be expected to have a high degree of confidentiality, have the ability to deal with sensitive issues and have good inter-personal and communication skills. Having knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of Microsoft Office systems would be an advantage.
