The purpose of the role is to provide a comprehensive range of functions and tasks (procurement, file management, health and safety, arranging public meetings, etc) enabling employees, Senior Managers and Directors to deliver their duties and services efficiently. You will be responsible for the day to day management of a variety of paper and electronic filing systems; expedite Health and Safety audits and inspections, ensuring Health and Safety issues are resolved; processes orders, invoices, payment of expenses; maintain the flexi-time system including producing monthly reports to managers, advising users of procedures and maintain user and system guidelines; provide a full and confidential central administrative service, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, maintaining diaries, and screening telephone calls. Provide cover for front of house and customer service, deal with telephone and e-mail enquiries, personal callers. You will also be responsible for booking venues, liaising with colleagues; co-ordinating diaries, minute taking, collating and preparing the necessary background papers. Contact Shannon
