Associate

Our client, a highly reputable offshore law firm, has an opportunity for an Associate to join their Financial Services and Regulatory team. Duties will include providing advice and assist in preparing cases for court for a wide range of litigation work, taking responsibility for the management and co-ordination of client work and providing advice on non-contentious or semi-contentious matters in relation to financial crime, regulatory investigations, sanctions, anti-bribery and corruption, AML/CTF/CPF, data protection and the application of regulatory laws. The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer (solicitor or barrister, qualified in a common law jurisdiction) with 1-6 years' post qualification experience, have experience in commercial litigation and trust disputes and all preparations necessary for court, and have experience in at least one of financial services regulatory advice, data protection, financial crime/ white collar, anti-bribery and corruption, AML/CTF/CPF or sanctions.
