Head of Employment

As Head of Employment, you will take principal charge of the Employment team and employment law matters in Jersey and Guernsey by providing technical legal advice to clients across a number of practice areas, primarily litigation and financial services law. In this role you will also identify and follow through with opportunities to grow the employment practice and the business by initiating, developing and maintaining productive client and intermediary relationships, proactively driving change and assisting the business to deliver its overall strategic plan. Applicants must have 7 years+ PQE with Jersey, Guernsey and/or UK qualification and significant experience in employment law, ideally Jersey or Guernsey law.
