We are seeking a Jersey-qualified lawyer with up to 3 years’ PQE to join a dynamic Dispute Resolution team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a varied civil litigation caseload across the Jersey Courts, including commercial, trust, estate and contractual disputes. You will take primary responsibility for client relationships and conduct matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. The successful candidate will have strong technical and advocacy skills, with a thorough understanding of Jersey’s procedural rules. You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to business development, support junior colleagues and play an active role in shaping a modern, high-impact practice.
