An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Dispute Resolution Associate to join a respected legal team in Jersey. We are seeking a qualified lawyer with approximately 3–5 years’ PQE and a strong background in civil litigation. You will manage a varied caseload covering commercial disputes, contentious trusts, personal injury, clinical negligence, property, employment and estate matters. The role offers significant client responsibility, with involvement from initial instruction through to settlement or trial, alongside opportunities to contribute to business development. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded lawyer to join a dynamic, collaborative firm and play a key role in its continued development.
