Our client is currently seeking an experienced Chief Adviser to join their Enforcement team, where you will play a crucial part in ensuring that firms and individuals adhere to Jersey’s regulatory framework. Duties will include liaising with key internal/external stakeholders, identifying international/domestic Enforcement activities and contributing to the development of the Enforcement strategy. This role would suit a candidate who has experience working in regulatory investigations, a comprehensive understanding of Jersey’s regulatory requirements and a legal background and experience in law would be advantageous.
