Funds & AML Services Take-on Manager

We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented Funds & AML Services Take-on Manager to join our client’s Risk and Compliance team in Jersey! In this role, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing crucial compliance and risk management tasks, with a specific focus on client onboarding and due diligence processes. Your responsibilities will include recruiting/managing team members as the business develops, identifying/mitigating regulatory compliance risks and providing expert guidance on AML/CFT, ABC, reputational risk and CDD matters. Candidates must have significant knowledge of corporate, fiduciary and funds services, including complex structures, in Jersey and/or Guernsey, Cayman and UK and knowledge of Luxembourg fund administration business would be beneficial.
