Corporate Services Manager

We are working with a highly regarded international provider of corporate and fiduciary services to recruit a Corporate Services Manager based in Jersey. This pivotal role involves managing a diverse portfolio of corporate structures, ensuring all client entities are administered in line with regulatory requirements and the highest service standards. You will lead and develop a small team, oversee client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of statutory filings, billing, and compliance obligations. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external advisers, while maintaining strong oversight of AML and governance matters. You will also contribute to new business initiatives and drive operational excellence through effective KPI management. The ideal candidate will bring significant fiduciary experience, strong knowledge of Jersey structures and legislation, and a proactive, client-focused approach.
