We are looking for a qualified Compliance professional to join a growing business as Deputy Compliance Officer. The successful candidate will have at least five years’ experience in compliance, an ICA qualification or equivalent, and a strong background in AML and financial crime, including SAR submissions. This is an exciting opportunity to help strengthen and streamline the compliance function within a small, close-knit team. The role would suit a proactive, commercially minded individual with strong technical knowledge and the confidence to work independently. With excellent long-term progression opportunities, this is a great chance for an ambitious candidate to grow with the business and progress into a senior leadership role.
