We are looking for an experienced Compliance professional to support the delivery of core elements of our client’s AML/Financial Crime and Regulatory Compliance Management Plan and act as MLRO, MLCO and CO for their Jersey business. Key responsibilities include investigating internal SARs, ensuring appropriate business/customer risk assessments are in place, developing Compliance Monitoring Plans (CMPs) and preparing board/management reports. Applicants must be an Officer with a broad knowledge of the CI regulatory framework and must hold a university degree and/or relevant professional designations in compliance, law, risk management or audit.
