Our client thinks that their open and progressive work environment is something to shout about, and they’re looking for a talented Legal Governance Senior Manager to join their In-House Counsel team. In this role you will attend board meetings, produce detailed board minutes, provide support with filings/notifications to various regulatory authorities and maintain due diligence documentation of Partners. Strong managerial experience in industry and/or professional practice with relevant Legal/ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualifications is essential for this role, together with knowledge of regulatory environments, and experience liaising with regulators would be advantageous.
