Policy Adviser, Conduct & Prudential Policy

We are seeking an experienced Policy Adviser to join a highly regarded regulatory organisation in Jersey on a permanent, full-time basis. The role will focus on conduct and prudential policy, including research, analysis, regulatory drafting and delivery of key policy initiatives. You will work closely with Government, industry, internal teams, peer regulators and international standard-setting bodies. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and project management skills, alongside substantial experience in regulation or policy. Knowledge of conduct and/or prudential regulation, financial markets and public policy is highly desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Jersey’s regulatory framework and the continued strength of its international finance centre.
